Meet Kania, a multifaceted individual who wears many hats in the music industry. As the President and CEO of SSC Music – an acronym for Soldat Sergent Chef – Kania’s unique visualization and perspective have helped him rise to the top of the music business in Morocco.
Born in Casablanca and raised in Tangier City for most of his formative years, eventually making his way to Belgium before returning to his home country with a dream of creating a recording studio. Kania knew that Morocco is a difficult place for young artists to find their footing, so he set out to change that; and so what started as a recording studio soon evolved into an indie record label in just one year.

Knowing how difficult it can be for Moroccan artists to gain international exposure, Kania found an opportunity to create a lane that would help them become worldwide successes. He soon started curating and reimagining their image and approach, seeking out the most unique artists with the highest work ethic, and releasing new material to Moroccan audiences. This eventually caught the attention of artists like Kouz1 and Mocci, who connected with Kania and became a force. Kania creatively directed their visuals and pushed them to exceed their previous releases, resulting in their presence expanding globally.

By 2022, SSC Music had become the number-one label in all of Morocco and even solidifying its position in North West Africa, attracting attention from renowned labels such as Sony, Universal, and Empire Records. Thanks to Kania’s innovative vision and tireless work ethic, he has become a respected figure in the music business in Morocco, and his label continues to break barriers and discover new talents.
